What time will you deliver?
After you select and confirm your rental items on our website, you can choose your preferred delivery and pickup time windows. Our team will contact you the day before your event to confirm a more specific timeframe within that window. Typically, we deliver 1-2 hours before your event starts and pick up the items 1-2 hours after it ends. This ensures you have everything you need well in advance!
How long do I get to keep my rentals?
The base price for all inflatables includes up to 4 hours of rental time. If you wish to extend your rental beyond 4 hours, additional fees will apply. For tables, chairs, furniture, smaller games, and concessions, the rental price remains the same for the entire day. Most items can be kept for up to 7 days for an extra fee. If you need to keep your rentals overnight, simply select “8 am” the following day as your end time to take advantage of the most cost-effective option.
How are the bounce houses cleaned?
We follow a thorough three-step cleaning process to ensure our bounce houses are safe and hygienic. First, we vacuum and wash away all dirt and mud using soap and water. Our staff members wear gloves and face masks during this process for added safety.
Next, we apply an EPA-approved disinfectant specifically designed to combat COVID-19, called Simple Green Pro D 5 cleaner. This disinfectant is carefully applied to all areas that may have come into contact with users, including netting, pillars, floors, sliding surfaces, pop-up crawlers, steps, and handles. Your safety and satisfaction are our top priorities!
How much space will I need for my inflatable rental?
You can find the dimensions for each inflatable on the product page. We recommend allowing at least 1 foot of extra clearance on all sides for safe setup and usage. If you’re planning to place the inflatable in your backyard, please ensure that your gate is at least 3.5 feet wide to accommodate our equipment. This will help us set everything up smoothly!
Can you set up inflatables at parks?
Yes, we can set up inflatables at parks! However, most parks require prior approval before you can set up a moonwalk. Additionally, they often require a certificate of insurance, which we can provide for an extra fee of $35. During the checkout process, you will have the option to indicate that your event will be at a park on the view cart page or the last step of checkout.
When do I pay for my order?
A 50% down payment is required when you make your initial reservation. The remaining balance is due on the date of your event, although you are welcome to pay early if you prefer.
What if I need to cancel my reservation?
We have a no-hassle reschedule policy that allows you to cancel for any reason up until your scheduled delivery time. If you do cancel, you will receive a “rescheduling” credit that is valid for use anytime and does not expire. Please note that credit will not be issued after we have delivered the rental equipment, and we do not offer refunds.
What happens if it rains on the day of my party?
We have a flexible weather policy to accommodate changing conditions. You can cancel without losing your deposit up until the time our drivers arrive at your location. If it’s raining when they arrive, or if you anticipate rain, you can simply let them know you want to cancel and reschedule. In this case, we will issue store credit for the amount paid, which can be used toward a new reservation.
You also have the option to reschedule your reservation at any time prior to the event. However, if it rains after we have set up, you will be responsible for the full payment. If there is light rain during your party, you can continue using the inflatable; we just recommend drying it off with a towel (if it’s not a water slide) and keeping the blower as dry as possible. If you choose to proceed with the party despite the weather and we set up the equipment, you will be responsible for paying for the moonwalk.
What rules do my guests and I need to follow to ensure a safe time?
To ensure a safe experience while using the inflatables, please follow these guidelines:
- Group Kids by Size: Larger kids or adults should not bounce with younger or smaller kids to prevent injuries.
- One at a Time on Slides: Only one person is allowed to slide down each slide at a time.
- Monitor the Inflatable: Designate someone to monitor the inflatable at all times to ensure children don’t slide down while others are still exiting. A good protocol is to allow one child to climb the stairs only when another child has exited.
- No Flips or Rough Play: Avoid flips and rough horseplay to maintain safety.
- Wind Safety: If wind speeds exceed 15 mph, exit the moonwalk and turn it off. If you notice the moonwalk or tree limbs swaying, it’s a strong indication that wind speeds are too high.
